Terms and Condition
1. Eligibility & Registration- Referral lead registration on the NVT Quality Lifestyle (“Company”) portal can be done only by an existing customer of the Company.
- The Referral Benefit cannot be combined with any other lead sourcing channel.
- At the time of site visit and booking, the referred customer must clearly mention the name of the existing customer (Referrer).
- Both the Customer and the Referrer must sign the Expression of Interest (EOI) and/or Booking Form, wherever applicable.
- If the Source of Enquiry mentioned in the Source Authentication section of the Booking Form does not match any prior enquiry made by the Customer with the Company, and “Referral” is stated as the lead source, the booking shall enter the Company’s Source Approval Process.
- As part of this process, the Referrer must:
- Register formally, and
- Submit satisfactory proof of prior communication or demonstrable lead-generation efforts undertaken with the Customer before the Customer’s walk-in to the project site.
- The Company may also seek confirmation directly from the Customer before determining eligibility for the Referral Benefit.
- The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
- Any overwriting, tampering, or use of correction fluid/white ink on the Source Authentication Form will result in:
- Immediate disqualification from the Source Approval Process, and
- Rejection or suspension of the Referrer’s entitlement to the Referral Benefit.
- No referral claim will be entertained if:
- The Referrer’s name is absent in the Booking Application or Site Visit (walk-in) Form.
- Referrer details are added subsequently after submission.
- Such cases will result in rejection or suspension of the Referral Benefit.
- This program does not apply to customers who are:
- In the midst of a purchase decision with the Company and have not yet booked.
- The Referrer must:
- Have purchased at least one unit from NVT Quality Lifestyle, and
- Have completed all unit agreement formalities with the Company.
- The program is valid only for direct purchases from NVT Quality Lifestyle and not applicable to resale/secondary market transactions.
- All referral bookings are subject to the Company’s price approval process, and the Company reserves the right to approve or reject the Referral Benefit.
- The Referrer will not be eligible if the referred buyer:
- Is an existing customer of the Company, or
- Has engaged in purchase discussions with the Company’s representatives within the last 30 days.
- The Company reserves the right to prohibit any Customer from participating in the Referral Program if:
- The Program is used inconsistently with its intent,
- There is evidence of misconduct, fraud, or misuse of benefits, or
- Any act violates applicable local or state laws, statutes, or ordinances.
- All participants (Referrers and Referred Customers) agree to be contacted by NVT Quality Lifestyle regarding:
- Pre-launches, launches, activations, and other relevant communications.
- All official communication will be sent to the postal or email address provided at the time of purchase or as updated subsequently.
- It is the responsibility of the Customer/Member to notify the Company of any change in contact details.
- The Company shall not be responsible for communication not received due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

- This Program and its Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law.
- All Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangalore.
- Participation in the Program does not constitute a contractual relationship between the Company and the Member.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration:
- Conducted in Bangalore,
- By a sole arbitrator mutually appointed,
- In accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
- Interpretation of these Terms & Conditions rests solely with NVT Quality Lifestyle.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, extend, or discontinue the Program or any part thereof, with or without prior notice.
