Some events are once-in-a-lifetime occurrences. Neither us nor our parents had witnessed a global pandemic of this scale in our lifetimes. And hopefully, we learn our lessons and our children do not get to go through something of this scale. Ever again. This generation and the future ones will live to the tales of how schools were shut for months and their parents worked out of homes — just like we read stories of what transpired during the Spanish Flu of 1918.

We, at NVT, have our own share of stories to narrate to commemorate this period. One of grit and determination. NVT Life Square, our premium 4-BHK villa project, is located at Whitefield, Bangalore. The project was due for possession in April. We take immense pride in announcing that the project is now complete and ready for occupation. But, it came with its fair share of challenges.

The months of March, April, and May were nerve-wracking with the sudden lockdown, uncertainty about what is allowed and what is not, and disruption in service, materials, and transportation. We commit to delivering our projects on-time, and have a track record of 100% since the first project in 2013. This time, it was a fine balancing act to keep the commitment to our customers while also honoring our responsibility to the safety of our laborers and employees. Which is why this project is all the more special to us.

Life Square has made us believe in the strength of our team – from vendors and employees to architects and partners; their unwavering support in these trying times helped us maintain the untarnished track record of delivering on time. And, the conviction our customers have in us. A commitment like this comes with a huge burden — one we are all the more proud to have kept this time as the odds were stacked against us, thanks to Covid-19.

This photo-post captures a multitude of emotions on the faces of our customers as they took possession of their units over the past few weeks: one of happiness, relief, dream come true, ecstasy, and can’t-wait-to-do-up-the-home.

The villas at NVT Life Square are spread over three levels – ground, first, and second- and come in two configurations: right and left. The sizes of all units are similar at 3,565 sq.ft. We have one unit left, just in case you are interested. There is another ongoing 4 BHK villa project off Sarjapur Road called NVT Mystic Garden which has a few units left. The project is due for possession later this year.
