Our villa project, NVT Stopping by the Woods in Whitefield, Bangalore, has started welcoming its customers. This project reflects our hallmark of exceptional quality and addresses the importance of outdoor connectivity with our philosophy of green first master planning. Every villa comes with large, wooden-finished windows, backyard, balconies, skylight and is located near open green parks, bridging the gap between nature and humans, a learning that we all got after the pandemic. While forests are now hard to find, we successfully managed to integrate one into this project, creating a harmonious environment for you.

The pandemic era brought change in human behaviour and they started seeking solace in nature more than ever before. Among the numerous studies conducted after 2019 to analyse this shift, one study particularly highlighted this. Witnessing emerging lifestyle inclusions such as remote work, outdoor exercise routine, and a growing affinity for natural environments, our commitment towards crafting a community nestled within serene woodlands, only deepened. The outcome was the creation of NVT Stopping by the Woods, a 14-acre project featuring finely crafted 4 BHK villas, filled with indigenous trees, vibrant bird habitat and magical pathways through the woods.

 

NVT Stopping by the Woods is home to several species of flowering plants, trees, shrubs, and creepers. You might catch a glimpse of the dozen birds who build their nests here.
